Our intellectual property
The Who's Down IRL™ name, the “Who's Down in Real Life” tagline, our logo, wordmark, visual design, page copy, product features and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
You may not copy our brand, use a confusingly similar name or logo, imply endorsement or affiliation, or scrape, reverse engineer or clone the platform.
Your content stays yours
You keep ownership of what you post — your photo, bio, hangout descriptions, messages and reviews. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display and distribute that content solely to operate, secure, moderate, support and improve the platform, and to display it to the members it's meant for.
Approved reviews may be displayed publicly on our site with your first name and photo. Submitting a review is optional, and you can ask us to remove yours through Support.
This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained in backups, or where we must retain records for safety, legal or accounting reasons.
Only post what you have the rights to
Don't upload photos, text, logos or other material you don't own or have permission to use. Your profile photo must be a real, current photo of you — not a celebrity, a stock image or someone else's picture.
