Acceptable Use Policy

• Threats, violence, incitement of violence, or weapons-related threats
• Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or coordinated pile-ons
• Stalking, unwanted persistent contact, or tracking someone's movements
• Hate speech or attacks based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation
• Sexual harassment, unwanted sexual advances, and sexually explicit solicitation
• Sexual exploitation, coercion, grooming, trafficking, or any predatory behavior
• Encouraging self-harm or endangering another person

• Using the platform to plan, coordinate or promote unlawful activity
• Sale or distribution of illegal drugs, weapons, stolen goods or counterfeit items
• Any activity involving minors on an 18+ platform
• Extortion, blackmail or unlawful threats

• Impersonating another person, brand, organization or Who's Down IRL™ staff
• Fake accounts, catfishing, or misleading profile photos and details
• Scams, advance-fee schemes, romance-style fraud, investment or crypto solicitation
• Pyramid schemes, MLM recruitment and deceptive financial solicitation
• Phishing, credential harvesting, malware and malicious links
• Falsifying age, identity or verification information

• Doxxing or posting someone's address, phone number, workplace or documents
• Sharing screenshots of private messages to harass or expose someone
• Recording or photographing members without consent
• Misusing personal information obtained through the platform for any other purpose

• Bulk or repetitive unsolicited messaging
• Advertising, promotion, fundraising or recruiting outside hangouts explicitly created for business or networking
• Using hangouts as disguised sales funnels or dating solicitations
• Collecting members' contact details to market to them elsewhere

• Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, data, servers or admin tools
• Probing, scanning or interfering with platform security or rate limits
• Scraping, crawling or bulk-collecting member data
• Bots, automation or scripted abuse of platform features
• Manipulating or circumventing verification, blocking, reporting or moderation systems
• Creating a new account after a suspension or ban (ban evasion)
• Reverse engineering or copying the platform's software or interface

Depending on the circumstances we may remove content, cancel hangouts, restrict features, suspend or permanently ban the account, and where legally appropriate preserve records or cooperate with authorities. See Reporting, Blocking & Enforcement. This policy forms part of the Terms of Service.
